Bristi of Lalbagh Academy became women's unseeded singles champion of the Metro Group Open table tennis tournament defeating her teammate Binti 4-3 at the Wooden-Floor Gymnasium on Monday. Abahani clinched the women's group event outplaying Patuakhali 3-0. In the boys' group final, Narail and Barna TT Club won their respective matches against Jagoroni and Biman respectively.
