He, his wife and four kids had their seats reserved for the Biman flight BG027, but had to reschedule his flight due to a family problem. He approached the counter at Chittagong for a flight. The man at the counter said there was NO SEAT. However, he demanded a heavy amount, which came down to Tk 9,000 after negotiations. Seats were given to them after payment of the money!
