An agreement to this effect was signed between the two companies on Wednesday in Dhaka, says a press release.

Mohsin-Ul-Karim, deputy managing director of National Bank, and Shantanu Saha, managing director (Current Charge) of Fareast Finance, signed the deal on behalf of their organisations on Wednesday in Dhaka.
