Hazaribagh Police said Zahid, 27, a hide trader, attacked Ibrahim Khalil Mamun, 22, son of Mahbubur Rahman of 22/1 Gajmahal with scissors, leaving him seriously wounded.

Mamun, a vegetable trader, was rushed to Sikder Medical College and Hospital where the doctors declared him dead. Police sent the body to Mitford Hospital for an autopsy.

Midford Hospital sources said they found three marks of injury in Mamun's head, chest and abdomen.

Local caught Zahid and handed him over to the police.
