Thank you very much for a thoughtful editorial on the Bangladesh visit of Bill Gates and his wife. I am glad that a lot of dignitaries including the Prime Minister, Education Minister, ICT Minister as well as BRAC Chief accorded him and his wife Melinda a warm reception. Sometime during the last year, Bill Gates paid a visit to India and committed handsome funds for IT sector development. I as a humble but conscious citizen did urge him at that time through your daily to extend support to us. Again I would like to draw his attention to expanding philanthropist activities in Bangladesh.
