December 21, 2005       Culture Celebrating the Victory Day To celebrate the Victory Day of Bangladesh, Eastern Command of Indian Army arranged a three-day programme at Fort William, Kolkata, says a press release. A 61-member team, led by Air Vice Marshal AK Khondokar (Retd), from Bangladesh including freedom fighters and singers of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra took part in the V-Day celebration. Participants -- (L-R) Monoranjan Ghoshal, Moloy Kumar Ganguli, Namita Ghosh, Fakir Alamgir, Shaheen Samad, Lieutenant General Arvind Sharma (India), Kalyani Ghosh, Mala Khurram, Bipul Bhattacharya, Ajit Roy and Sujeo Shyam are seen at the event.
