BG Press began their Rahman Foundation Second Division Football League campaign with full three points when they defeated PWD SC 1-0 at the Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur on Friday. Faruk netted the match-winner in the 36th minute. In the day's other match, Basabo Tarun Sangha shared points in a 1-1 draw with Kadamtala Sangsad at the same venue. Joardar put Kadamtala ahead in the 12th minute but Masud Rana equalised for Basabo in the 53rd minute.
