If we make an exhaustive calculation on the political situation of our country we will see that it will witness a tough battle for power this year.The main opposition Awami League and fourteen other parties are asking for reform of the constitution. They have also demanded that the government step down. They will not participate in the coming election if the coalition government does not accept the proposal. The fourteen party alliance has got enough support on this issue. On the other hand, the ruling coalition is under pressure over issues like militant activities, price hike of daily commodities etc. We expect the parties to come to an understanding on national issues.
