According to an official handout, Religious Affairs Secretary Rafiqul Islam was transferred to the Rural Development and Cooperatives Division, Secretary to the Fisheries and Livestock Ministry M Abdul Karim to the Ministry of Commerce, Secretary to the Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry AKM Jafrullah Khan to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Secretary to the Health and Family Welfare Ministry Abu M Moniruzzaman to the Election Commission Secretariat, Secretary to the Anti-Corruption Commission M Ataur Rahman to the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Rajuk Chairman M Shahid Alam was transferred as secretary in-charge of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism while Additional Secretary to the Finance Division Quamrul Hasan as secretary in-charge of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, the handout said.
