Poet Helal Hafiz wins literary award

Poet Helal Hafiz has been selected for Khalequedad Chowdhury Literary Award-1412 for his contribution to Bangla poetry.The award, instituted by Netrakona Literary Society, will be handed over to the poet at a function on the premises of District Public Library on February 13. Renowned poets, litterateurs and other distinguished scholars will attend the function, said a press release.
