JU plans action against students

The teachers of the Department of Business and Administration (DBA) of Jahanirnagar University (JU) at a meeting yesterday recommended to vice chancellor for taking action against the students involved in beating of a suspended teacher of the department. A group of four students beat up Tanvir Ahmed Siddiki, former teacher of DBA, who was suspended in November last year for indecent behaviour with female students, on the convocation day on February 2.
