Munna's 1st death anniversary to be observed today

Former national football captain Monem Munna's first death anniversary will be observed by his family at his Narayanganj residence today.Munna, one of the finest footballers the country has ever produced, died at a young age of 39 on February 12 last year due to kidney ailments. His family has decided to observe the death anniversary on the day of holy Ashura. A milad mahfil and Qurankhwani will be held on the occasion. His wife Yasmin Monem Suravi has requested relatives, friends and well-wishers to attend the programme at 64 HM Sen Road, Bandar, Narayanganj.
