2 cop snatchers sent to jail

Two police constables of Sylhet police line have been suspended and sent to jail hajat on charge of snatching money and cell phone from a businessman in the city. A magistrate's court gave the order when they were produced before the court yesterday afternoon. Alamgir Hossain and Abdul Alim forcibly took away an amount of Tk 500 and a mobile phone from Mohammad Dewan of Bandarbazar area on Tuesday night. The businessman informed the police of the matter immediately.
