SSC examinations and hartal

I fail to understand while the most important public examinations are taking place throughout the country how can we find logical and scientific reasons for so many agitations at the same time? Will our political leaders compensate the parents whose children will not succeed in the examinations?I pray to God to give me patience to overcome so many difficulties in our miserable life.
