Token hunger strike observed in Khulna for water

Token hunger strike was observed at Shaheed Hadis Park yesterday on the occasion of the World Water Day and in demand of resolving acute crisis of drinking water in the south western region of the country.The president of the Central Water Committee Principal ABM Shafiqul Islam presided over the occasion. CPB leader Advocate Firoz Ahmed, secretary general of greater Khulna Development Action Committee Shaikh Ashrafuzzaman and secretary of the water committee Master Abul Kasham addressed on the occasion.
