Over a hundred participants from twelve districts and four sports organisations will take part in 23 events of the four-day meet. There are eleven events for women.

The competition will be held on the 30km long Patuakhali-Amtali road and the Patuakhali Stadium.

The four organisations are BGMC, Bangladesh Rifles, Ansar and Muktijoddha Sangsad and the districts taking part are Khulna, Bagerhat, Narail, Gopalganj, Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Thakur-gaon, Dhaka, Dhaka Division, Rangpur, Nilphamari and hosts Patuakhali.
