Dean of Social Science Faculty Prof Harun-or-Rashid, Chairman of Department of Peace and Conflict Studies Prof Dil Rowshan Ara Naznin, Prof Dalem Chandra Barman and Executive Director of The Good Earth Mohammad Rafiqul Islam spoke at the seminar.

Speakers at the seminar said women are to face difficulties in performing their duties in a patriarchal society.

However, they can overcome those if the women help each other, they added.
