Dr Toufiq M Seraj, former president of Rehab, has been elected the president of Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) on April 14, says a press release.Other office-bearers of the 11-member committee are: Vice Presidents: Prof Sarwar Jahan and Golam M Ferdous, General Secretary: Dr Golam Mortuza, Joint Secretary: Akhter Mahmud and Treasurer: Tariqul Omar. Members are Amzad Hossen, Akhter Hossain Chowdhury, Serajul Islam, Dr K M Maniruzzaman and Ahsan Habib.
