Impress Audio Vision Limited lauched

Impress Audio Vision Limited (IAVL) has embarked on its voyage to bring a new momentum to music and drama. On this occasion a launching ceremony was recently held at the Dhaka Sheraton Hotel. IAVL will begin with productions of CDs, VCDs and DVDs. IAVL released a Nazrul Sangeet album of Ferdous Ara and Rabindra Sangeet album by Rezwana Chowdhury Banya. Matir Taney Bhatir Taney by Ayub Bachchu, Kalpotaal by Tun Tun Baul and DJ Rahat and Don't Forget Me by Mehrin were also launched at the event. Eminent film director Amjad Hossain, singers Sabina Yasmin, Rezwana Choudhury Banya and Ferdous Ara attended the programme. In his speech Faridur Reza Shagor, managing director of Impress Telefilm Ltd, said, "The projects of IAVL will feature innovative arrangements along with promotion of fresh talent in all arenas of music and entertainment." Talking about his experience with the album Matir Taney Bhatir Taney, Ayub Bachchu said, "It was a challenging and interesting experience. I had to undertake extensive research on over 300 songs of Abdul Alim. I was enchanted by Abdul Alim's simple and unique style. I tried my level best to keep the original lyrics and tunes intact."
