Fate of farmers

Recently, several reports on the crisis that the farmers in the North Bengal are facing have been published. The government has failed to do anything; so who will compensate the farmers? What will be the way of compensation? Will it ever reach the farmers? Farmers are passing through a critical period due to shortage of power, non-availability of fertilisers , and the price-hike. The government should handle the issue on the basis of a clear-cut plan.
