CWAB's talent hunt on

Cricketers' Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) launched the talent hunt programme titled "Shombhabona Tomar Majhe" at the Gurudayal college campus here yesterday.As many as 525 aspirants participated in the daylong event at Kishoreganj, displaying their skills in batting and bowling. Former captain Khaled Mahmud, cricketers Talha Jubair, Hannan Sarkar, Imran Parvez, coaches Osman Khan and Jalal Ahmed, CWAB officials and Kishoreganj Krira Shanghstha secretary MA Bari spoke on the occasion. A selection panel comprising of national cricketers and coaches are to pick fifteen cricketers from across the country, which are to be provided with scholarships and standard training on cricket. Pink City and Al-Hasan Group are financing the programme.
