Battle of non-issues!

As a voter for over 50 years in three nations, I cannot buy the unique concept of temporary caretaker government to take care of the general elections practiced no where in the world!What are the credentials, and performance originating from the idea? For whom? Not for the honest and simple voters! When two dishonest groups quarrel, who benefit? Those who do not get the benefit of the doubt go to power! What hypocrisy? Reform political culture, rather than the voting mechanics. How about a debate at non-political level?
