Anwarul Islam, 35, of Kanchan Circus Party was trampled to death by an elephant of his own party at about 7.30 am. At that time, he was trying to feed the animal banana plants inside the boundary of the circus pandal.

On information, police rushed to the spot and sent the body to Sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.
