It is quite intriguing that the government is hell bent upon providing uninterrupted electricity during the World Cup matches, while it failed to show that 'smartness' and efficiency while the HSC and other important examinations were being held. It seems that fun and frolics have taken priority and precedence over education. What an ill-fated nation we are!
