There are more than five hundred of them, OSDs they are called, rambling in the streets and thronging the corridors of the Bangladesh Secretariat corridor for the last five years in the hope of getting a nook to sit in and a desk to work at. Now they may have a cause to rejoice as people at the very top are joining them!
