Ashari Purnima celebrated

The Buddhist community of the country yesterday celebrated Ashari Purnima, one of the most important religious festivals of the Buddhists.A discussion on significance of Ashari Purnima was held at International Buddhist Monastery, Dhaka on the occasion presided over by the principal of the monastery Dharmamitra Mahathero. Buddhananda Thero, Sunanda Priyo, Bishwapati Barua, Ashok Barua, Monoranjan Barua, among others, took part in the discussion.
