One trampled by wild elephants


One person was trampled and five others were injured by wild elephants at Eidgon near Cox's Bazar town yesterday morning.

While some farmers were working on a farm, a herd of elephants attacked them killing Abdul Mazid, 50 on the spot. Four others were injured. They are Shah Alam, 40, Babul, 45, Rasheda Akter, 50, and Buzuruch, 50.
