Ghana coach quits
Afp, Accra
Ratomir Dujkovic, who coached Ghana to the World Cup second round, resigned on Sunday despite having five months to run on his contract, the Ghana football federation (GFA) announced. "We have been informed of the resignation and the departure from Ghana of Mr Dujkovic", GFA spokesman Randy Abbey told AFP without giving a reason for the Serb's decision. The 55-year-old Dujkovic took Ghana to the World Cup finals for the first time in their history in Germany where they were knocked out by Brazil in the last 16. Sources inside the GFA said that Dujkovic was considering offers from the Serb and Azerbaijan national teams as well as a number of clubs in the Middle East.
