The critically injured girl was admitted to One Stop Crisis Centre (OCC) at Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital.

Rapist Babu, however, managed to flee.

A case has been filed with Rajpara Police Station.

Police arrested a woman Feroja on charge of helping Babu to commit the crime, sources said.

Babu allegedly entered the house of the girl aged nine when her parents were absent.

When she cried out, locals rushed to the spot and rescued her.
