Central Ins approves 12pc cash dividend
Central Insurance Company Ltd has approved a 12 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2005.The dividend was approved at the 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Md Nurul Islam presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors, other senior officials and shareholders.
