Sana Sangha win opener

Sana Smriti Sangha edged Provat Sangha by a solitary goal in the opening match of the Namira 2nd Division Football League here yesterday.The 18-team league was declared open by Ainul Haque Babul, vice-president of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Manikganj, at the Shaheed Miraj-Tapan Stadium. Deputy Commissioner SM Shamsher Zakaria, Police Superintendent Shahidul Haque Bhuiyan, District Sports Association general secretary SMM Iqbal Hossain, league convenor Abdus Salam Badal were also present.
