Phoenix Ins okays 25pc stock dividend
Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd has declared a 25 per cent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2005.The declaration of dividend came at the 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Wednesday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Deen Mohammad presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors, senior officials and shareholders.
