The Tracker

Japan's electronic giant Sony employee Kazuko Adachi displays a GPS unit "GPS-CS1K", which is developed for the maping of digital pictures on a PC, at the company's headquarters in Tokyo on August 3. Sony's new picture browsing software alllows the location where pictures were taken to be overlaid on a world map when the customers use the digital camera in conjunction with the new GPS unit. Sony will put it on the market from September 1 with a price of USD 130 with Japanese map data. PHOTO: AFP
