Vice-chancellor Prof SMA Faiz will formally inaugurate the seminar at Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) auditorium at 10:00am while Health and Family Welfare Minister Prof Dr Khandakar Mosharraf Hossain will be present as the chief guest.

This year the topic of the seminar is "Expansion of media in Bangladesh: Prospect and reality". Robaet Ferdous, associate professor of Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, DU will present the keynote paper, which will be followed by discussions on the topic by distinguished media personalities.
