Three people were killed in wall collapse incidents during heavy rains in Cox's Bazar and Khulna yesterday.Our correspondent in Cox's Bazar reports: Two children were killed and their parents were critically injured when a wall collapsed on their thatched house at Shikdarpara village in Razarkul Union under Ramu upazila in the early morning. The dead were identified as Riaz Uddin, 4, and Razia Parvin, 3. Their parents Rezaul Karim, 40, and Monowara Begum, 35, were injured critically. Police recovered the bodies of the children with the help of people. The torrential rain has also paralysed normal life here and caused water logging in the low-lying areas. UNB adds: A man was killed and his two sons were injured as a wall collapsed on them during heavy rain at Kanchanpur village in Dumuria, Khulna, in the early hours of yesterday. The dead was identified as Abdul Barik Morol, 45. Sources said the man died on the spot and his two sons suffered serious injuries as the mud wall of their thatched house fell on them while they were asleep.
