One held with contraband goods at Benapole

A traveller was held with contraband items while returning home from India through Benapole yesterday.Mohammad Yar Khan, a resident of Kandahar thana in Netrakona district, was held at BDR check-post. Later, he was handed over to the police. Acting on a tip-off, BDR searched his luggage and found multi-media projector, goggles, saree and computer components worth about Tk 7 lakh.
