Khaleda invites Hasina to iftar

Prime Minister Khaleda Zia has invited Awami League president and Leader of the Opposition Sheikh Hasina to an iftar party at the Prodhanmantri Bhaban on October 1.Prime Minister's Assistant Press Secretary Mohiuddin Khan Mohan took the invitation card to Sheikh Hasina's Sudha Sadan residence yesterday evening. The card was received by the opposition leader's personal secretary Selina Begum. Khaleda has also invited Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad and leaders of the ruling four-party alliance and other major political parties to the iftar on Sunday.
