Book launching ceremony
The launching ceremony of a book titled 'Understanding Terrorism in South Asia: Beyond Statist Discourse' edited by Prof Imtiaz Ahmed will be held at the BIISS Auditorium at 1/46 Elephant Road, Eskaton at 10:00am tomorrow, says a press release.The Regional Centre for Strategic Studies, Colombo, and Monohar Publishers, New Delhi, have published the book. The launching ceremony will be followed by a discussion on 'Terrorism in South Asia'. Mahfuz Anam, editor and publisher of The Daily Star, will moderate the discussion while Mufleh R Osmany, chairman of BIISS, will be present as the special guest.
