Three killed in train-van crash

Three persons were killed when a train ran over a van at a level crossing at Barabkunda under Sitakunda upazila of the district yesterday (Wednesday) morning. The victims were identified as Jane Alam, 50, of Kumira Rajapur area, Sadhan Barua, 25 and Ratan Majumder, 30, residents of Sitakunda municipality area. The accident occurred at around 9.15am.
