Veena Sikri meets Speaker

The outgoing Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Veena Sikri yesterday made a courtesy call on Speaker Mohammad Jamiruddin Sircar at his Sangsad Bhaban office.They discussed matters of mutual interest and termed the diplomatic relations between Bangladesh and India as strong. Veena Sikri expressed her satisfaction about the mutual good relations between the Parliaments of the two countries. Whip Alhaj Mohammad Zahed Ali Chowdhury and Advocate Bilkis Akhter Jahan Shirin MP were present on the occasion.
