I think our education ministry can play a vital role in making our students well equipped in this field. They should introduce a new subject "Spoken English" in which each & every student must get an acceptable mark. That subject should be compulsory for all. If it is done, all students will try their level best to improve their spoken English.

I hope the education ministry will consider the matter in all seriousness.
