Dhaka Divisional Convention of Nat'l Committee postponed
National Committee to Protect Oil, Gas, Mineral Resources, Electricity and Port has postponed its Dhaka Divisional Convention programme, scheduled to be held in Mymensingh on November 18 considering the ongoing situation, says a press release.The fresh date of the convention will be announced later, read the press release. Engineer Sheikh Muhammad Shahidullah, convener of the committee and Prof Anu Muhammad, member secretary, yesterday in a statement urged the regional committees to advocate the issue of national resources as one of the major issues before the people in the upcoming election.
