Bangladesh Rifles won the Design Zone First Office Handball League title defeating Bangladesh Police 32-16 in a one-sided final at the Outer Stadium handball court yesterday.Man-of-the-tournament Khairuzzaman banged 12 goals while Saiduzzaman nine for the winners who led the first half 22-8.
