Fishing boat with urea seized

Members of Bangladesh Coast Guard seized a fishing boat with 230 sacks of urea fertiliser while being smuggled to Myanmar early yesterday. On information, a squad of the Coast Guard carried out a drive at Chittagong outer-anchorage at around 3:30am and seized the boat with the fertilisers, fishing net and other belongings worth around Tk 1 lakh, sources said. However, the smugglers managed to flee jumping from the boat.
