Programme postponed

The Blue for Peace programme protesting the killings of former finance minister Shah AMS Kibria and other political leaders and demanding the trial of those killings has been postponed due to countrywide state of emergency, said a press release.The programme, that drew politicians, teachers, civil society members and people from all walks of life together to city streets with blue dresses on every Thursday, will resume when normalcy returns.
