Sabihuddin's contract cancelled

The government yesterday cancelled the contract appointment of Bangladesh High Commissioner to the UK Sabihuddin Ahmed, as part of the ongoing administrative reshuffle. A notification of the establishment ministry said the cancellation of Ahmed's contractual job will be effective from March 13. Earlier, the council of advisers of the caretaker government had decided to cancel contractual jobs under the foreign ministry.
