BSF explodes parachute bombs on border

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) exploded parachute bombs on Paksia border in Sharsha upazila early yesterday, creating panic among the locals.Bangladesh Rifles sources said the BSF men of Meher Ali camp lobbed bombs twice on the area after informing them. None was hurt, but the villagers said one parachute landed inside the Bangladeshi territory during the blasts. "Such type of bomb is generally used in the battlefield," said a source.
