Khaleda visits ailing party leader in city


BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia yesterday visited ailing party leader Advocate Khandaker Mahbub Uddin Ahmed at his Naya Paltan residence.

She stayed there for some time and enquired about the present health condition of Mahbub Uddin.

A member of the BNP standing committee, Advocate Mahbub Uddin was admitted to a city hospital with problems in nervous system seven days ago and released yesterday morning.

BNP leaders Gayeswar Chandra Roy, Nazrul Islam Khan and ZA Khan were, among others, present during Khaleda's visit.
