Sources at the civil surgeon's office said, Magistrate Moniruzzaman Miah led the mobile court which closed Jonosheba Clinic and Nursing Home and Arogya Clinic as those did not follow rules and cheated people in the name of giving health service.

The six clinics were fined for running business without trained doctors and nurses, the sources said.
