Two very vital issues have been dealt with in this judgment, one is regarding freedom of press and the other is " judiciary is not above criticism" provided there are genuine grounds for the media to speak out. As a reader and listener of media reports, I feel very relieved that we are going to see qualitative and objective reporting of national events by our valued journalists without fear or favour.
